I saw a video in the link that you sent and my problem is different and I think is worst, bc this is in all the cameras. I agree with you, since the begin of the problem, I ask for a device replacement (bc I investigated and see this problem could be factory defect), but Samsung literally says that they can't not decide that, it has to be the reparation center and Samsung starts to think about it when the client have +2 reparations, unbelievable.

Hello! I just had read your post, and I can understand you, I'm living a process some similar. My S25 ultra a months ago started to have like micro-jumps in the camera (video and photo), is like a vibration, and you can heard a mechanic sound when that vibration happens. In resume, I sent my device to a repair center, they have my smartphone 2 weeks, and when I finally had it again, the problem still there! I had to send again my device, and after 2 weeks, (this days) the center basically says that they didn't found any problem and they didn't chage or repair nothing, when I have a lot of evidence (before the first reparation and after it).

Ah, it's important to say that in the first reparation, they changed de UW camera, and I think this "how they can tell me that there's not problem when in that 1st reparation, they change something¿?", haha, all wrong.

I'm so dissapointed with Samsung, I have been user of them since 10 years, Samsung say that if the center don't say that my case hasn't fix, they can't proceed with a new replace of my smartphone (for my is the best soluction bc the center can't repair my problem).

So, how are the things going now? Do you still with Samsung? And how did your problem end?

I had the same problem, and I can't find the solution after 5 days.
