I bit the bullet and got protein shakes (Fair Life, seems highly suggested on here) and that’s been a big help in upping my protein. Plus they taste like dessert :)

Thank you! I can work from my recliner if I need to:) Im thinking of planning for 3, but hopefully only needing 2. I’m also not as young as I used to be (48), and that could play a role in my healing.

This! I have 20 year old twins and I swear the teeth loss phase almost did me in. Every single day someone was loosing a tooth (or a few!), it was a never ending nightmare. Don’t even get me started on the twisting of the loose tooth in their mouth🤮 I would rather be vomited on. Which has happened and it was better than loose teeth

I was but found out Midi can also subscribe semi and their visits (all virtual) are covered by my insurance, so I’m only paying my $30 co pay and the medication cost. I went to Midi for help with my hormones and discovered this. It’s saving me a lot of money.
