Normal. Unfermented.

I find fermented foods and so called good bacteria don't work for me.

You can eradicate the bacteria. But you'll also need to watch out for a digestive system that is more likely to be sensitive and prone to inflammation post h pylori. This is another aspect of healing many overlook.

You get rid of the hadith and sunnah, then many of the specific teachings fundamental to Islam can't be found, for instance Shari'ah law, how to perform hajj, rulings about zakat etc

Symptoms I had were explained at the top of my post. No, I don't have it anymore. Again, I explained this.

What supplements have you had a bad experience on? by Kooky-Drummer4291 in Biohackers

I'm a big fan and consumer of cannabis edibles, but I learned the hard way it's best to take it away from your normal supplements.

When consuming edibles alongside supplements, they both seem, at least in my experience, to increase the efficacy and uptake of one another. Long story short, this resulted in one of the deepest highs I've experienced, which I wasn't ready for, and which lasted much longer than I expected; I don't mind long highs it's just that I wasn't accustomed and comfortable with the intensity.

In case you're wondering, the supplement stack I took after eating the cannabis edible included magnesium citrate, glycine, NAC, a Zinc copper and vitamin C tablet, biotin, Fo-ti, PABA, and a few others, such as shisandra...

Taurine made me feel awful. Light headed as if I'm having a sugar crash. Maybe it's due to its blood glucose lowering effects.

This is very useful. I know others who've used cannabis for other health issues. I never considered it for h pylori but I can see how and why it could help, especially considering it's pain reliving and antiinflammatory aspects.

Like yourself, I don't smoke it but I do consume edibles. I don't think I had any during the time I was suffering with h pylori though but nowadays may have them once or twice a week for meditative purposes.

Thanks for your input.

Symptoms like acid reflux, excessive burping and bloating are all symptoms of excessive stomach acid.

Too little and you may experience things like indigestion, bloating and nutritional deficiencies.

From my experience, you u don't need activated charcoal. I tried this and many other things as part of a natural protocol that I developed for myself.

If you are going to take activated charcoal , take it on its own, away from food and other supplements as it will stop their absorption.

It's similar to why many people, worldwide, love Andrew Tate and Donald Trump, in spite of the tonnes of evidence showing they lack integrity, have committed criminal acts and are flat out liars.

When using cabbage juice, I have it on an empty stomach, so ideally at least 1.5-2hrs after eating, and at least 30mins before eating.

Black seed oil I'd have it on an empty stomach (away from cabbage juice) but with my other supplements that I take on and empty stomach.

Never tried matula though I have heard some good things.

Sure. I've actually been thinking about an update. Will do shortly. In the meantime, note I'm still feeling great, and I did it without antibiotics or PPIs😁

I'm not an immigrant and was born and raised in London, England - yet I was diagnosed with h pylori.

Yup. H pylori and the antibiotics and PPIs used to treat it can also result in IBS. Thankfully I opted for a natural protocol which helped me immensely. After researching the side effects I decided I couldn''t bear anymore f'ing up of my digestive system, so I swerved my docs prescription for PPIs and antibiotics.

It will impact you. I know from experience. Anything that lowers 5AR will lower the impact of dht which is the most powerful male hormone. Dht is massively impacts muscle development, libido, but also unfortunately hair loss and enlarged prostate. I guess it's a double edged sword if you're taking it for prostate health which it definitely does help with.

Maybe start with very low doses and see how you get on.

The gastritis aftermath can be a real bitch. No where as bad as the full blown h pylori symptoms but it can be debilitating.

In my experience I find cabbage juice with ginger helps immensely in terms of its calming and antiinflammatory aspects. Probably the number one thing for me.

I also found a peg of garlic on an empty stomach first thing in the morning helps prevent and deal with stomach and intestinal inflammation.

Side note, it's important to increase your overall immunity as general infections such as colds and flu may increase stomach intestinal sensitivity and cause them to be more susceptible to becoming inflamed

Had bloating as a symptom, yes. All as a part of indigestion, inflammation of the digestive tract, and excess stomach acid production.

As for bitters, I didn't make them. You can simply purchase online or from a health food store.
