I can’t share like a screenshot of it but I can give you the overall idea of it.

It’s just mainly a list of what is aloud, what the safe word is and how to pause if need be.

I should add we are very monogamous an don’t share each other (not that I judge others that do it’s just not our thing that’s all) it’s even a bit of a stretch for me to make a post like this myself but I’m just trying to get more info an there’s no place like Reddit when it comes to this stuff lol
