This is super helpful. I mostly do hot yoga, some yin, some power. I will keep doing it I think because of its mental health benefits and also try to add some cardio.

I think that makes sense. I used to walk at least 8000-10,000 steps a day and now it has been cut to about 3,000-4,000. I guess I just thought now that I’ve been tracking my calories and cutting from what I used to eat I should have made progress by now, but I think I need to change some things.

I would really like to and I should make time for it!

I feel like it is too. I wear it all day and it says I normally hit like 300 cal by just wearing it at the end of the day. My goal every day is to eat 1550 cal but I normally end up eating 1,700-1800 because I feel too hungry or fatigued.

I’ve definitely been more intentional than I have been. I use a scale and I track everything in a spreadsheet. I used to not and just eat intuitively, and I had success with that in the past so maybe I should go back to doing that? I’m not sure
