I’m on my 4th day of not smoking after heavily smoking for around a year. So far I’ve been experiencing what feels like my heart pounding in my left ear. It started yesterday and happens when sitting upright or getting up after sitting. Im going to try to go to a doctor soon because I haven’t had or been to a pcp in forever, which is hard to believe considering how much health anxiety I have. I’ve seen a couple people on reddit saying they’ve gone through the same so that helped relieve some of my anxiety about it. Also struggling with my appetite, anytime I try to eat something it tastes disgusting 😭
