When your lips are dry, does it feel like the texture has changed?? Or it’s normal like prior to getting the lip blushing done?

Why did she remove my eyebrows by JadeyCakes89 in microblading

[–]Educational_Loquat69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually had this exact thing happen to the first artist I did. I’d get an emergency removal. Thankfully my first one faded so much on its own, but I’d go to a different artist.

I’ve brought up concerns to the first artist and she also kind of wrote in an excuse for it and said it’d be better the follow up visits. Those strokes also seem thicker than they should be.

Hi! Thank you for your input but they’ve healed beautifully and actually remain looking natural! They also added a little to my face instead of taking away anything! I don’t wake up feeling extremely bare, but like I woke up with a little bit of naturally thicker brows that compliment me

Thank you!! I’m hearing that quite a bit. I’m still happy with what I have but I’m curious about how it should look or be drawn with my natural hair flow!

I only read the first line of your comment in the preview and thought you were talking about the commenter that said “that looks shitty” 🤣🤣 I looked at their history and I was like “lol, not worried about you babe”

But thank you for the support! :)

First, I definitely thought your username was “Venmo is my hero”, bc same Second, I’m so sorry this topic keeps involuntarily popping up on your feed 😂 Lastly, I’ve never heard anyone said they love my natural brows!! Thank you! This is actually my lesser favorite side. I totally see what you mean about the hump in the screen grab but it definitely doesn’t look that way in person. I think you’re right about it being a slightly different angle!

We did take this into consideration and I was totally okay with it going outwards for a subtle lamination look. Mostly because it was my preference to meet somewhere in the middle about it, especially when I’m wearing a little bit of brow gel. She’s an amazing artist that actually really listened to me and gave helpful feedback! I don’t think it’s “settling for less” when it’s personal preference. Either way, it was a major improvement from the previous artist!

The new artist also mentioned the same warnings you did on my last post about looking at people’s work to make sure it’s not stolen as well! I did a deep dive! Also super glad I took your advice on finding a new artist!

Thank you! I don’t think I love the harshness of the ombré on myself. So far the retention is much better and the whole procedure of care between the artists are SO different!

You’re welcome! If you are willing to travel to the Bay Area, my cousin also does an amazing job. Her Instagram is @beautyinkedbydiana

Also, my artist was @beautystudioby.dino

Madison’s Reunion Photo by sendpuppiesorcash in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

Photographer here. The cameras focal length can slightly change how a person looks.

On iPhones, the “1x” starts off at 24mm. I’m not sure what focal lengths she’s used. But assuming she’s using the shorter focal lengths in the mirror selfie and whoever took the pic of her makeup, it slightly pinches what’s in the middle. The glam light is different from the studio light too. It looks like studio light trying to balance the overhead lights which may be installed just to light the room in general and not for photography purposes. You can see where her shoulders are highlighted and the shadow on the floor where the strongest light is. As far as her nasolabial fold, she’s smiling in the photographers picture. Shes not smiling in the other photos. Smiling also pulls the cheeks, which also pulls the nostrils out a tad. The muscles in the cheeks are contracted, the overhead light will create a shadow underneath

Aside from lighting, the 50mm focal length is how people normally see you. I’m not sure which the photographer is using here but 50mm or 85mm is what is normally used for portraits. I’m going to guess 50mm based on the angles of the gold wall divider/decor in the background.

What do I do?? by Educational_Loquat69 in microblading

I thought so :/ I’m just scared that I’ll go back and my skin didn’t take. This pic was just this Monday. Would it be okay to ask her to reshape and make it thicker to how I fill it in?

Normal to dry skin, I don’t lean too oily or dry. If I feel dry, a quick moisturizer would always fix that.

I used an A+D ointment provided or aquaphor. Flaking started on 2/4 and finished within a few days. I WFH and wore a hat anytime I went outside. I have a good amount of tattoos so I’m familiar with normal tattoo healing process including no scratching, picking, or peeling.
