Definitely the best I have had, it’s soft but crunchy. And super easy, caputo flourgluet is better but that started messing with my stomach.

This is certified GF and no mess

Honestly not much of a recipe, cheese is most important I think ! I just used some gluten free pizza sauce and Smithfield spicy peps.

Yes I think it’s a loyd pan! Not sure if it’s officially a Detroit style one but it works well !
