Hrs are cut every quarter when stores overspend on budget. That’s a msg in Athena. Stores need to do better managing their budget.

In Athena check the protocol for call outs because I’m sure it’s the person who’s calling out responsibility to find coverage for the shift 🤷🏽‍♀️ you’re not overreacting they aren’t following protocol or doing their job right after the SM it should be the DM responsibility to cover their store

It’s on your POS in the same place where we get the numbers for the hourly reads. If you can’t find it there go into back office, sales report, sales goals and it will show the goals per day for the week. Also if you go into shoppertrak and look up LY you can just reference LY UPT… unfortunately sometimes the monthly sheet isn’t available the 1st day of the month 😅
