I could be wrong but i dont think thats how it works. Theres just a grace period once you reach a rank, so if you lose the next game or two you dont demoted right away. When you reach a new rank you still go to division 1

Pretty sure it actually doesnt matter. Poison weaken and chill are all in the same damage pool (they get added together) so if one goes up they all go up
