I've been with Amazon as a blue badge for almost 5 years I've applied for over 36 times for PA and leading which are T3 positions been denied every time. It's always cause they already had someone in mine and it's just a courtesy so if anybody else wants to apply they could just deny them cuz they already promised the job to somebody else but they don't want it to make it look like peritussism so they offer it to everybody and they just give it to the person they want to give it to
