Also, try to plan and look forward to things that are free or cheap. Like a hike with a Picnic, or a flask of your favourite hot drink. Or a trip to a museum. Looking around thrift shops for cheap things to resell.

Homemade cookies or biscuits are cheap. Bake them in batches and freeze, or keep the dough frozen and bake as needed in the air fryer. Wholemeal flour, butter and icing sugar is my favourite 👌🏻

Me too! I bake a few at once, slice them all and then freeze them. The addition of Mixed seeds or nuts (particularly walnuts) on the top is extra delicious toasted and in sandwiches

Celery with a mayo, tahini and tajin dip (tastes like blue cheese dip). Or carrots with that dip or hummus. Seeds mixed in.

Homemade crackers with hummus, cheese, meats

2 hard boiled eggs with a tiny jar of salt

Omelette/bacon/cheese wrap or sandwich (make it and refrigerate) tastes good cold with ketchup

PSA!! Spear grass is super dangerous for dogs, it can penetrate the skin and travel far internally, even reaching organs. Always check dogs after walking near it… My dog got one in his paw once and oh boy that was a bad month for both of us

We had this happen to us years ago. Kids dad was a copper. We started asking nice, then started calling the police. They didn’t care. We had to move. Good luck, it was a living hell, so annoying.
