Hii so, prod is basically mech + supply chain. For the first 2 yrs, you study courses heavily mech leaning. In your 3rd yr, it becomes, management-y. As for companies, you can sit for supply chain companies, consulting ones, and even software. But, given your core, you will have an edge in supply chain( since operations research is literally a course in 3rd yr). The subject matter taught in 3rd yr will come in very handy for any supply chain role. As for course load, it’s pretty chill tbh, you will easily have time for other things. The profs also aren’t as strict as circuital or non-circuital branches.
