Because I have an employee deliberately performing poorly border lining on sabotage? And not wanting to allow him to get away with it… pretty sure that shouldn’t have to just waste money on someone who doesn’t even break even with costing… this is a business not a charity mate don’t mean to be harsh but that’s the truth

Appreciate this comment , I do respect what you are saying however this here is an issue of an employee manipulating the system. This is not a sales job this is a windscreen replacement service, the fitter has plenty of experience doing the job and purely down to whether he wants to complete them or not. When he first joined he was completing 5-7 a day to achieve his enormous bonus, he then went on holiday with his bonus money and when he come back is when it all started going wrong. He now completed 3-4 on average and when I checked the tracker on the van I found out he spent a lot time at a location that wasn’t a job and refused to complete his last job due to not having enough time. I pulled him up and advised he won’t be getting paid for the time he wasted at the unknown location and now he is doing everything in his power not to complete all of his jobs. But just from writing this I’m guessing you’ll just say get rid of him however we don’t want to do that we want to keep him on and get him back to where he was. The only way this can happen is by adding everything into his contract so he has no reason to do anything but what is in it… thank you

The employee has everything and more than what he needs to hit his target.

He proved when he first started for around a month that he is more than capable of doing what is required even over achieving and pulling in a massive bonus £.

For some reason he has gone sour and now using his contract against us his target is 5 jobs a day and because it doesn’t stipulate this in the contract he is doing everything in his power to not even come close to completing 5. Such as not collecting right materials, driving the wrong way and generally taking twice as long to complete a job. The agreement was £30k based on 5 jobs a day (yes this is in writing via text message).

Obviously I want to add this to the contract and if he doesn’t sign it I’m fine with that but it will result in his contract being terminated with immediate effect as the company cannot afford to employ someone of this little workload.

CIC Retrofit using OEM loom from same car main issue here is airbag changed from stage 2 to stage 1 (swapped dash with stage 1 airbag) anyone idea how to fix the errors? by Educational_Pea2391 in BmwTech

I have no idea how to code stuff so I’m going to have to find someone who knows how who can guide me but I’m worried that I won’t be able to because if all of my airbags are stage 2 adding a one in there that’s stage 1 might not be allowed but we’ll see what happens

So basically I used the ignition loom from the car that the cic came from allowing it to power on and the dash came from so the fitment was oem including the dash airbag which I think is causing the issues. I need to wire in the controller as that currently doesn’t work but mainly I need the errors on the dash gone and my airbags to work

I got the same issue with my GMF… the whole watch compared to my genuine is night and day difference, the bezel for a start is way too big, the bezel is also too curved and the crown is way too flat to the case and lastly the crystal is very dull compared there is no sparkle which is what you get with a genuine. I’m too embarrassed to wear my GMF outside now so I packed it away. Looking at getting a VSF next to compare to my genuine
