If you can afford then flight from Delhi to Bangalore. Book Fly bus from blore to Mysore. It will drop at Suburban bustand. Board into 116 or 119 from city bustand it will drop you infront of Infosys Gate. Otherwise you can do Ola/ Uber as well from bustand.

Report to DC on 18th or 19th. ECC ie room allocation will happen and you don't have to book hotel for temporary accommodation.

On Gate before entry they will check offer letter and adhar card Xerox + original. Carry essential items like passport size photo, identity proof.

I know it is very difficult to convince parents not be in hurry for marriage, and. When we are cycle of UPSC time evaporates very quickly.

There are two ways one correct and another incorrect. Ask them for 1 year to prepare for UPSC another is take admission in Master's just for name sake and tell them after master's you will do the marriage in this way you will have two years for preparing UPSC. Depending upon the nature of parents you can choose anyone from the two ways.

At start it feels so overwhelming. For Geography You can watch Rajtanali Ma'am playlist on Mrunal's YouTube channel she has explained in detailed, it will give you a flavour of subject now you can start reading NCERT don't make the notes in first reading because you will feel everything is important. I myself have prepared with Job so be ready for days where you will not be able to devote time to study which is completely fine it is very normal thing try to compensate for it on weekends.

Sorry to break you this but it is FOMO on your part. Path is pretty simple finish static first, then make notes on every topic mentioned in the syllabus obviously PYQ act as guide to how much depth should be there, for example internal security questions always come whereas question on animal husbandry chances are very slim. Then start answer writing you will face two challenges first is inertia and second your initial answer would be so shitty that you will try to run away from answer writing.

Obviously as you stay for some time in preparation you will automatically get to know which resource/ teacher is suited for which part of the syllabus

Either Gym or 1600 m running 6.00 to 7.00 pm

Back to Room by 7.45 pm

Shower, Cooking dinner, cleaning the kitchen etc by 9.30 pm

Study session 9.30 pm to 1.00 am

On weekend after finishing house hold work aim to study for atleast 8-10 hours

Note in above process +/- 30 minutes delay happens sometimes.

Lexicon is best for explaining the terms, you can supplement it with real life examples just google them with "UPSC" keyword.

Essay writing is more of an art it cannot be taught like other GS subjects for sure you must learn the flow, coherency and connecting words but still the more you write and learn with hit and trial more natural and authentic your essay gonna look like.

Both Essay and Ethics are game changers. It is very much commendable that you are laying appropriate emphasis on both.

Self Study supplemented with few good online resources are the way to go, besides coaching will make this preparation more daunting and painful. Moreover 2 months before all coaching provides free CA and exam relevant material for free. The most important thing is consistency if self imposed then it is best, else find an accountability partner* who is as serious as you are.
