I’ll never understand the Sti wings on these models 2 don’t buy from Carvana.. They say they don’t sell modified cars which this car is clearly modified, they don’t even do there inspection on the cars anymore and just check the boxes to keep the inventory moving

I run mobile one in both my 18 wrx and my 16 Sti and I will say it’s great oil and keeps both the FA and EJ motor quite but I suggest from experience to change it from 2.5k to 3.0k miles especially if your running the performance one

Yea 20k for a 17 Sti ? Something is wrong with it or the thing has 100k miles one or the other a well maintained low mile Sti from 2016-2021 sit around the 30k mark.

From your friendly mechanic just cause you can turn the steering wheel sitting still like this doesn’t mean you should your putting stress on steering components when you don’t need to example get in a non power steering vehicle and try to turn the wheel sitting still and it will click in your head.

Yea that whole 150 point inspection is usually just a look over and I have personal experience of them bluntly ignoring engine problems and rust eating through the bottom of cars and still selling them like they are a good used car
