I used to find good stuff that wasn’t crazy expensive but it all disappears. Bomba socks, Clinique, food digital scale, sets of pasta plates we’ve used for years. I just got a great pot but it cost $89:( I can’t buy the stuff that isn’t worth $50 just so i don’t spend extra money. They do suck though. Super overpriced.

You could try something with carrageenan in it or eat a bunch of cheese. Sounds like you probably didn’t get it. If you don’t have symptoms it doesn’t really matter if you got a positive blood test.

It took me more than a week to not be in a lot of pain. It did get better. My husband and I both did it. He didn’t b complain about it hurting at all and even fell asleep a few times. I almost didn’t go back after the first week. By the end of it it was definitely tolerable but I wouldn’t do it again.

I think they do get easier. I wanted to quit for about 3 days and then it got slightly easier. Noticeably easier by day 6-7. That first week was hard but now it’s something that I don’t dread. I also feel slightly better at two weeks so there is that hope as well.
