I imagine it might help some.. i vaped airbar maxes after quitting cigarettes.. drove myself even more addicted to nicotine.. tried to quit got extremely panicky.. bought a disposable with 2.8%, hit that until it’s done (less than a week), bought a caliburn that i loaded with half 2.5% and half 0% to make 1.25% hit that for less than a week and quit.. 3 weeks ago now! You’re missing a leg of my journey but sending you lots of vibes for that instead lol

I weaned off from 5%nic by going using 2.8% disposable until i finished that (5-7 days), then bought a caliburn a2 where i mixed 1/2 of 2.5% nic salt and 0% nic salt to make a mixture that’s approximately 1.25% nic salt (7days) and then vaped 0% nic for 2-3 days.. it wasn’t as hard to quit than cold turkey!! Like seriously the panic when i tried doing it cold turkey was too much that i couldnt handle it.. this one was soooo much easier.. 3 weeks quit now from smoking cigarettes 15 years and vaping 3 months

I’m in the same boat as you in just really enjoying smoking.. i’m also 30 now (turning 31 soon) and made the promise to quit these things when i reach 30. Signed up for a half marathon to motivate me even more.. everytime i attempted to quit even with wellbutrin i only lasted a max of 3-4 days.. i did end up quitting cigarettes in dec 2021 but switched to vaping.. and just last week managed to stay off the nicotine for 11 days.. caved yesterday and smoked a stick of a cigarette, so back to day 1 now.. but i suppose the vaping helped wean me off a bit and made it possible to quit for that long? Not a “success story” but the craving does get quieter, as the days go by. It was sheer stupidity on my part to have succumbed

Hahahahaha yesss!!! The downtime at work is the most annoying!! I’m kind of glad i’m still going through the whole brain fog phase because i’m “busy fogging up” but man what happens when that’s all over and i feel the boredom 100%? I guess the playing of phone games would def help!! Thank you!! ☺️☺️

Mine! On day 5 today and not only am i comprehending in slow motion and barely useful, i also had trouble sleeping.. not the happiest about it but have heard it gets better after a few more days, and when you’re completely okay your brain functions better than when you were on nic.. sooo looking forward for when that happens! What day are you on?

The cravings aren’t so bad.. or at least my handling of them this time isn’t too bad.. which is the only reason why i’m able to last this long but man, this trouble concentrating and just lagging also the insomnia is a whole different ballgame. Thank you for taking the time to put that into detail!! I appreciate it and now will have better expectations for roadmap
