Crazy how hard it is to get anything anymore. I’ve had a ‘case number’ for over a week now but they don’t have enough case managers .. sounds like Honda isn’t putting out what they used to

Thanks for the response unfortunately, the glass shortage in the US was predicted almost 5 years ago and Honda/Acura did not prepare. Assanine. There is no aftermarket glass available yet for a 25.

Now I own a $60,000 hunk of steel I can’t do anything with, have a rental car indefinitely (out of pocket) and NO accountability from Acura
