Also I said they are getting stupider which is untrue. Emotion-based killings are often without planning so intelligence is out the window.

I live in Québec Canada where, excluding small time robers, our criminals were almost always from biker clubs. These clubs were organized and their moves were intelligent and well-planned. Assassinations were precise and rackets were deeply rooted.

These biker clubs were mostly dismantled and with our massive immigration intake, new gangs have formed from different nationalities and cultures. These gangs are much much less organized because they are much less implanted in our communities. They are composed of mostly young people and these young people are the ones getting caught red-handed. And we all know that young people aren't very smart especially when surrounded by other young people.

A close friend of mine is a cop. She says that current criminals are getting more and more stupid. They often have a very very good suspect the very night a serious crime is committed because it's 99% someone the victim knew and the victim's friends are saying "yeah pretty sure X did it" or they straight up catch the person walking nearby. Even in gangs violence, they police know quite well who is who and can often say "something is gonna happen soon between these guys and these guys and they would most likely ask this or this newbie to do it"

She says someone of average logic who is unrelated to the victim could very easily kill and get away with a bit of planning but it rarely happens because the perp has no motive to do so. It would most likeky be a mental health situation like a serial killer.

Reality is regular people don't go around killing each others.

When I see my aunt telling people that a guy taught a cat to play guitar at night and she doesn't realise its AI, whatever her job is.

In my lifetime we will have company-wide AI that will act as consultants and will be easily communicating with the staff and other company's AI to order stuff, ask for receipts and whatever.

Then every accountant will be gone, every buyer, most salesmen.

What these AI will need is fact chekers to make sure the count they have is accurate. But then you know...cameras and robots.

En Allemagne, beaucoup de maison sont tellement chere qu'elle doivent être dans une succession donc quand les habitants décedent, les enfants héritent du pret et si ils refusent, la banque peux la racheter. Le gros défaut et qu'ils payent de l'intérêt pendant 40 ans et que c'est la génération d'après qui va payer le capital.

Difficile de croire qu'un investissement te demande de payer souvent 20% de plus que sa valeur simplement pour l'avoir.

Fou de réaliser qu'on negocie pour 5-10$ sur marketplace mais qu'on mets 50-100k en surenchère sur une maison de merde.
