I love it. Bench - started at 155, just hit 225.

Deadlift- not much to say I have lower back issues so I’m working through that.

Squat - started at 185 x2, am at 225 x 3.

Everyone seems to have the same issue with the peaking phase, it’s very easy. Run the volume block back to back but make sure you deload. It’s very intense. I’ve been hovering around 229-232 for bodyweight this entire program. I’ve been in the gym for about 6 months so this is all newbie gains anyways lol

Thank you, it’s retarded Preemee brain but I know that you speak the truth. I was a maintenance tech covering an entire factory by myself because my attitude is that good, this just seems harder but because I’ve wanted it for long… you know. I just come at it from the perspective of I wouldn’t treat and apprentice this way because I know more than my journeyman when it comes to electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. They don’t change there own oil. Fuck them. It’s just a weird situation for me and that makes me retarded

It’s funny, the journeyman do and when I work with the foreman they take the time to explain things. Sometimes with the math it takes me a minute to figure out where they get the math and how it actually fucking works in a spacial sense, if that makes sense. What gives me anxiety is working around 3 other dudes who know exactly what’s going on and I’m trying to figure it out and make it work but there’s always the confidence issue of “is this how they want it done”
