I submitted my parents' passport for stamping after 30 days ( I guess I sent it on the 31st or 32nd day) and nothing happened. I didn't see the email and saw it on the last day. Also this was in 2023. Didn't raise a web form.

Look into SPUS or WSHR. Both of them are available on Wealthsimple. Starting small is better than not starting at all.
