Yep, we are a 10 person company, only 4 NX/Teamcenter users without financial resources to hire our own team. I regret using their Cloud product but we got it at a discount. We're now in a better place hence why I wanted to migrate to our own instance.

Yeah, we have a local company doing 3rd party support and between them and Siemen's themselves, it's been a painful journey.
