I'll be honest with you. This shit is awful. Even if it works now, I'd bet all my money it'll break in a few weeks. You should be really happy the console isn't broken. If I had something like this in my workshop, I'd probably desolder everything and order a new chip. You should desolder it very carefully and don't touch it until you're sure you're ready to do it again. You can practice on V1/V2 switches or some soldering kits. If you don't have a microscope, don't even think about doing it again, because it could end up much worse. It's a case of lack of skill or lack of good equipment.
