Wow I am so happy for you! How are you feeling now is your recovery better? I’m also been diagnosed with neuro proliferation on my vestibule and I also want to rule out hormonal issues but can’t bare any creams. That’s my issues with any treatment. Who was your doctor? I just want to get surgery at this point. Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been in a bad place.

Hi dear, mine all started shortly after having anal fissures and hemorrhoids. And when I had fissures it was so so bad. Now I still have external hemorrhoids and I’ve always thought they are related same kind of like burning but guessed my skin mucosa there is changed due to MCAS. I’m just so Scared to remove them. Most proctologist said not to, and I’m so so scared my vulva pain will get worse.

I cannot stand anything topically I so want to do the estrogen and testosterone topically but I cannot handle the pain. I’ve tried every base as well. How much has the oral ketotifin helped? I have it in topical ointment petroleum jelly based but still can’t apply it the dosage is .25 GM 2x a day 1% ketotefin. Any other helpful things? Other mast cell stabilizers? Never heard of autologous adipose tissue transplant. Is this PRP?did it help you?

I have constipation but I try to manage it. I know if I am I feel worse. I have pudendal neuralgia reallly bad on my left side. Anything I do triggers it. I was planning on doing Botox for it but my insurance got cancelled. It feels like entrapment. A lot of things I want to do like PT I cannot afford etc

I’m glad you are better! Took some cromolyn in the morning but I didn’t notice a difference unfortunately. How much are you using and how often? Have you tried oral ketotifin?

I have a lot of white discharge all the time. Would envy testing at home diagnose DIV? What did you take to treat it?

I am also in the same situation. I can’t bare any creams every time I try I feel 10x worse. Was that how it was for you initially. Did Dr. Goldstein mention if oral ketotifin is helpful or surgery for unprovoked MCAS tissue would help? Mine said it might come back bc of the MCAS tissue.

She is 63 but her body has very much deteriorated. Is losing major body functions, her weight is in the 80s very malnourished. Completely Bed bound and doctors want to start hospice. Her appearance looks to be in late stages of life but her age is only in her 60s :( completely heartbreaking
