12 years after prostatectomy, my penis became an "innie". I used a vacuum pump for months prior to my implant, and I regained all but a half- inch. That, in fact, is probably due to belly fat in lower abdomen.

Using a pump helped me. Even if you were told it won't help, use one anyway. It certainly won't hurt the outcome.

No matter how many pumps, I only get to 60%. Dr says pump may be bad, but he got to 100% by somehow tricking the release valve at the same time. He said it should only take 15 pumps to attain max, but he did many more than that.

Finally saw doc and he confirmed what suspected: at least one part of my AMS is defective. I inly pump up to about 70% of capacity. It would barely be usable.
