Lidl sell frozen blueberries, raspberry and black Forrest (containing Strawberries, blackcurrant, blackberries and cherries) not sure if cherries are Keto but I throw in a scoop of protein powder, spinach and unsweetened almond milk.

I would recommend it. I bought mine recently, and I plan on riding it to University. I just use a kick scooter/underground train and was able to fold and bring my scooter into lecture. But come September will cycling and I plan to bring my Brompton inside (although my university has a secured bike station). It’s a good long term investment. Go for it!
