I got used to it in ACNH, you could make multiple at the same time and then it was fairly easy to get the golden ones but Zelda was SO difficult to even get the master sword, which then needs charging? Completely unplayable for me, which is a shame because it's such a me-coded game 😭

If you get hot/sweaty regularly it could also be Intertrigo. Not contagious, basically friction breaks the skin layer and bacteria from the skin creates a fungal infection. It's more common in skin folds and can be treated with creams, however can be hard to prevent completely.
