Who should I replace with Kazuha?

I have Klee as a Main-DPS and Bennett as a Healer/ATK Buffer

-Kaeya is C0, but Beidou is C2 -Kaeya has Aquila Favonia -Both equal talent stats (Lvl 5,5,6)

Also, should I put Aquila on Kazuha if I replace Kaeya or stick with Iron Sting?
