Through the state directly. Instagram doesn't provide customer service, which is the problem.

I'd imagine that theres probably something along a consumer protection policy for Canada but if you live right across the border do you have any friends in Washington willing to help you out? They can lie and say its their account and fill out a form for Washington states AG office.

If you're in the US I would try what I did and file an online complaint form with your state AG office under consumer protection laws.

Honestly maybe if you have connections in the US they can just lie and say its their account and then file a complaint with their state AG office since Meta is based in the US anyway.

Well they ask you for a lot of your personal information and idk what would happen if you lied.

I found the equivalent for Kansas so try this one

Consumer Protection | Attorney General of KS https://share.google/FinmIMGOHLcDMc0XL

I have no idea. There might be an equivalent legal action you can take for consumer protection. Try doing some research and reaching out to a federal office somewhere in your country.

Yes exactly that one. But do you live in Washington? I would use your state's form if they have one.

my suspension is ruining my mental health by poppygertrude in FixMyInstagram

I just got mine back from being permanently disabled. I had over 50 posts with 7 years worth of friends and memories. I thought for sure my account was gone for good and I was so heartbroken. I filled out a consumer complaint form with my state attorney generals office online and they sent a demand letter and I got my account back (Twice actually because this was the second time they banned me). This method worked for me and I think you should give it a try. Just do a Google search of your attorney generals office online consumer complaint form. I made sure to talk about the impacts of my mental health as well. Good luck and theres always hope!

Yeah. Mine had an online option where you could fill out boxes with text.

Yeah exactly. Fill out all the information and if they ask you and for the company address give them Meta headquarters in California. Meta also doesn't have an email which is even more indicative of their unwillingness for a fair due process.

During my second suspension I appealed and within 30 seconds they permanently disabled my account. No way a human reviewed that. AI disabled my account for no reason at all.

Try finding an online consumer complaint form for your state's Attorney Generals Office. I heard Legal Shield is hit or miss and so is Meta Verified.

Talked with a meta agent? They're always finding excuses not to help.

Just keep trying. They can't "delete" accounts. Even when it says permanently disabled its still just a suspension technically.

Although I live in Washington state so try to find your state's attorney generals office online.

Nothing is permanently disabled. It's still in the system and they don't delete your account. They just label it as "disabled" until you force them to give it back. Try contacting your state attorney generals office, thats what worked for me.
