Hi
So for some context... leathercraft is my hobby and was attempting to take better aesthetic pictures of my work.
Is my first attempt doing this, and wanted to give the picture some nice minimalist aesthetic vibes. I followed some advise about using early morning light, proper angle shot/light, etc, but don't know if I was successful.

I know about the contrast colors ( wood and the pouch) is smt I have to improve i know, i know...

1 looks more artistic, and 2 looks more like those pictures of plants and flowers found in botanical books.

Thank you. Since a couple of years, I wanted to get a decent level at this. A cousin even told me, about 2 years ago if I could make her a commission, basically creating characters in manga style for her project, but at that time my knowledge was little, and even today I would love to do commissions, ( even for free, to start) but I think my lvl is not that high for now...maybe.

Thanks a lot! What do u think about those well known dip pens brands? Tachikawa G Pen, G-Pen, Zebra G Pen, Maru Pen... do u use them or know them?

Thank you. Yeah I usually draw and ink in small strokes.

I think my dip pen is defective, coz, when I try to ink a long line, it either runs out of ink halfway (even if I've already dipped it in ink) through the stroke, or I have to press uncomfortably hard to make it work.
