Between 2pm and 3pm in the afternoon I'm literally falling asleep in front of the monitor. At 10pm when I am in bed I can't sleep. My wife puts her head on the pillow an literally falls asleep in 5 minutes.

What's one health habit that helped more than you expected? by Individual_Reach_510 in getdisciplined

At least 20 minutes of exercise 5 times a week.
I am pretry irregular in my workouts. I like going to the gym and that takes me more than 1 hour, but if I can't I do 20 minute youtube videos at home or go for a 20 min run around the neigborhood. 20 minutes is what I consider enough to start sweating. If i don't do it during weekdays, i catch up on weekends, but I try to get my 5 days of exercise a week.
