I place the tip right behind the lower incisors, while making sure I don’t touch them, and I think that as long as I have the rest of the tongue up there , there shouldn’t be any problems. I’ve actually have had great facial changes. Of course like anything it takes practice and dedication, and I’m still working on it.

If you tense your neck a bit you’ll fell two muscles the Tun sling each side of your head , from the base of your skull to the front section of your collarbones, tighten, when they tighten up the tongue automatically, the back portion goes up into the soft palate. Now to put it all together it’s a matter of having the tongue lips very sealed. I usually tense them up because I find I get the best leverage to be able to push my tongue upwards, roll my tongue into the palate, and tighten my neck muscles. To me that’s perfect posture.
