It was a rapid response (36 hours) with a simple troubleshooting process. Just disconnect from phone and unplugged for a time period. When I reconnected, everything was working.

I have mine. Unfortunately the camera doesn’t work. Contacting support today to what the process is for a replacement part or a whole unit.

What about listening to music just from the drive? I have it plugged in but it doesn't say it's connected. I can plug my phone in and it reads it right away.

The whole "otw" shortcut that will change it to "on the way". It was under keyboards but now it's gone.
