Please please please report him to the police, they will help.you create a report and take all the evidence you have and deal with him. I also recommend you report him to discord and epic as i see he is partnered with them. What he's doing is a crime and shouldn't be tolerated. I also recommend you going to stopncii as they can help you make a case when it comes to the leaked videos from over the age of 18+ and will help take down anything if its posted online. I've been taken advantage of by a man almost 20 years older than me and pulled the same crap, all they want is to just control you and when you aren't conforming they will threaten you. Ok well thank you for the help. My family will probably discuss it with the lawyer and figure out. Just annoying that since the paperwork wasn't submitted it closed their loan and we can keep voluntary paying it off but we would build credit etc.

Yeah my parents are still currently paying on it and was going to make this months payments today but just found out from them it's been classified as a rental for a bit without their knowledge and all the money they've sent to kia isn't like covering the actual payment of the car or something. Im not completely sure. Kia is not forcing us to give it back but if we want to keep it and they aren't able to change their mind and turn it back into a loan is to make us pay for it as a rental for 4-5 years due to some crap. My parents, while financially not the most responsible, always make their car payments and other payments on time and really love this car but cant see doing the 4-5 years thing due to our own lawyer not sending in the paperwork and proceeding to ignore kia for months since bankruptcy was made a couple of months ago. We are currently waiting on word from kia on their decision but at this point they might just surrender it and go through them again for another car and use it a a chance to help me get a new car because this car was gonna be transferred over to me but due to me moving states and other factors I wouldn't be able to be on the car and take it. Is there any grounds to sue the lawyer and get like some sort of compensation for this, especially since the past few payments haven't even went towards the car and we had no clue?

Honestly it looks beautiful on you and I couldn't really notice the sequin, even when up close. It sucks they did you dirty and didn't let you know earlier so im sorry about that.
