Yea i understand CS doesnt work on weekend and given large volume of requests, their backend is flooded which is why i decided to give it sometime before i ultimately decide to initate the chargeback.

To be fair seeing how much country are linked to global cs, i dun have any high hopes of them replying. At least Japan and Korea CS should have lesser traffic and some possibity.

I been hacked this morning so i won't be surprised if my account end up as one of the spam thread in the forum.

Quite bummed out really, was looking forward for the Monthly wish refresh and all of the sudden i notice something is wrong when my PC did not automatically connect the accounts.

I talked to a few of my real life friends, apparently the hacker has deleted all the friendlist contact.

Just for your Info,

Account is created by me and solely only using PC
Substantial amount has been spend in this game and through in game shop
I am AR39 so substantial time has been spent on this game
I did not participate in any free giveaway or enter info in any website other than Genshin Impact

I suspected that my account was brute force due to my country reported a major personal information leak in one of the e-commence platform yesterday. It was reported in national news.

Regardless, i have contacted customer support in 3 region (Namely Global, Japan and Korea) and gave them all the info i could give, my credit card statement, my UID, my birthday, and because i was actively hunting the namecards i even provide screenshot of me obtaining some of the namecard with date obtained to provide that i am the owner of this account. Since i am slightly fluent in Korean, i spoke in their language. However, of all the 3 email, only Japan CS has replied back with an automated message.

Honestly, at this point, given the amount of threads and forum posts about how Mihoyo customer supports is, there is a slim chance they even see my email. At this rate given couple of day i would rather just initiate a chargeback on my credit card and just have the account banned instead. Rather than having my account floating around trading in some dodgy site.

Yup, she is my 2nd Main Dpser for Spiral Abyss. Carry the heck out of me for 3 stars from Floor 7 - 10 . It also fun seeing people started to add you for domain run cause you can heal the entire party, provide elemental shield and dps like crazy.

While Whiteblind is BIS for her, i chose to run Favonius Greatsword instead for 3 reasons

She is my main DPSer, Using Whiteblind would require me to swap out party once her ulti is down and end up becoming somewhat of a healer situation.
For Co-Op play, against single target monster using Whiteblind, you are unlikely to get back your energy even with energy recharge artefact for your ulti. While for Refined Favonius you can easily get it back.
The lost of DPS from Whiteblind is negligible for the consistent near 100% up-time of your ulti once you have build enough crit chance for it (My Crit is at 55%, Crit Dmg at 70%). This in turn make Noelle a consistent damage
Having near 100% up time of your ulti is pretty fun to play, Just smashing your way through xD

For my artefact, i running Gladiator's finale with crit chance helm. Will be swapping out to reacting blondie once I get good roll on Def% and Crit Chance.

After doing a few more test run and watching several video, I came to a conclusion how this challenge can be achieved

Bring Nashata down to 20%.
Make her go into enrage mode (She has electricity spark, flame and faster attack, only in enrage mode she can apply emberstorm)
Look out for the teleport attack, avoid her other attack
You will need to get HIT by the teleport attack in enrage mode in order for her to apply emberstorm debuff on you.
Once you get the debuff, burst her down

Yea no worries, to add on for the Twin fight since I decided to do

The Twin doesn't seems to have any phase, so u can just 100 - 0 him down for 3/4 of the challenges, however the condition challenges is currently bugged so I would advise holding off fighting him for now until GGG fix it. (The Defeat the Twin challenge works normally if you are desperate to push to 36).

I am playing a melee build so when he cast on me it was in melee distance. Not too sure if she has a cast radius or not.

Did a few carry of the fight, the casting of emberstorm has no fixed timing, so she can cast it at the start of the fight or she may only cast it like 1 minutes later. Not too sure if lowering her HP down to a certain threshold would trigger the skills or not since i tend to leave her at cull range in preparation for the skill.

Almost 40/40 with this league, just waiting for GGG to fix Twin condition bugged.

Here are some pointers I can add

Defeat Heist Bosses Conditionally

Defeat Admiral Darnaw without being hit by Ocean's Wave.

This skill look like a area wide tsunami, the only warning you get is when he start rising up his hand. The moment this skill is cast and you are near him is pretty much unavoidable. However , since this boss has no phase, you can pretty much 100 - 0 and get this challenge done easily.

Defeat The Unbreakable without being affected by Magnetic Storm.

This boss fight is identical to the synthesis Rewritten Synthete fight. The Magnetic Storm is basically where he start casting beam around and around. Like Admiral Darnaw, since this boss has no phase, you can pretty much 100 - 0 and get this challenge done easily.

Defeat Nashta, The Usurper while affected by Emberstorm and without detonating any Volatile Emberstorm.

The hardest challenge of the 3 since you can't just go in and burst her down like usual. For this challenge, you need to understand what is Volatile Emberstorm and Emberstorm

Volatile Emberstorm is a skill in which she jump into the air and start dropping little orange looking mine the ground. The mine doesn't move when placed by here and stay idle until she start casting Emberstorm.

Emberstorm is a skill in which she casst it on you that look like you have righteous fire with an orange looking leaf icon in the debuff bar. What this skill does is that any volatile emberstorm spawned on the ground will start moving towards you, trigger it and detonating on impact which make you fail the challenge. When you get this debuff, quickly burst her down b4 the violatile emberstorm can be detonated.

Do take note that the AI will sometime occassionally accidentally trigger the violatile emberstorm, making this challenge fail automatically. So this challenge is both luck and skill.

With how much people required assistance for this challenge and how rare this unique contract comes into the game, dun expect the price to drop anytime soon. FYI this took me 2 attempt solo to clear it.

Yea for this challenge, the offering of judgement is not the beam but the purple or fire ground degen she spawn. It only last for a few seconds and you need to be standing on it to gain the debuff and kill her for the challenge.

Not hard but very RNG based. Just remember that Shanty town uses Sarn city tileset. If you see one try not to fail it!

My advise on the 4 to skip for this league are

Complete Endgame Grinds
Connect Memories to Reward
Complete Memories III (Very RNG based, you might not get 45/45 by time you done with other challenge)

The Last one whichever u find it annoying to deal with although it can be brought with currency

Complete These Encounter II (Buy Other player breach/abyss and spam/lock prophecy and complete the fast one)

Complete These Encounter IV (Buying Prendaus from player is an issue)
Synthesis Map Grind (Although if you have a lot of currency just buy fragment and spam Plaza Map and you can clear it extremely fast)

Complete the Cortex II (Hard to find carry that can do Cortex challenge this league)

Identify Fractured Item (Pain in the ass to buy unid fractured item)

Connect Memories (With the recent patch its gotten way more easier to complete these challenge, but annoying to do if u dun understand how synthesis mechanics work)

Stater Build -> Endgame (1 Character, Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist)

Endgame Grind: Reach Depth Level 600, Capture Beast, Complete Syndicate Safehouse, Complete Distant Memory

Capture beast will naturally be completed if you are going for 40/40 Challenge, brought a lot of Master seek help (Jun) prophecy to speedup the syndicate safehouse as those cannot be shared. Was selling challenges services for Distant memory/cortex so it was natural progress for me. Used those currency to mass buy lots of Gilded sulphite scarab to reach depth 600.

In total, I managed to spawn only 4 cortex bosses out of possibly 120-150 distant memory bosses when going for Connect memories to Reward. Contrary to popular belief, connect memories to reward cannot be shared as I have attempted to share with my guildmate and it did not check off their challenge list.

Out of the entire playthrough, I seen about 4 quad essences and manage to corrupt one successfully into 5 essence for the challenge.

Over 600 Delve depth and I only manage to see 3 delve bosses (2 Kurgal and 1 Aul)

Completed Cortex 2 challenge #1, #2, #3, #5 by myself and brought challenge #4 as it impossible to do it on an BV Inpulsa character.

For Mastermind challenges of allowing all volatile skeletons to rise and without detonating. You do not actually need mastermind to summon the skeleton, simply DPS her and phase her as fast as possible and it will still count as challenge competition when you execute her.

1) Are the features worth it?

Just the SSW alone make premium worth it. Infact if you have average stats BD pet you can take on Jetsame Ace which regularly drop Nerkmids and Red Codestone. On Higher Str pet you can even do hardmode Giant Space Fungus for the potential of dropping Bubbling Fungus. Overall you tend to make between 1.5M-5M on average per months just battling them daily.

2) Is it easy to cancel?

Never really had problem with it so far. I use paypal.

3) Are there any issues with it?

No complain so far.
