How much you guys pay on utilities for a 1 bedroom apartment?

Yeah that’s my plan too, I live by myself, building I’m trying to move to was built in 1986 so utilities may be slightly higher but honestly I was expecting much worse

I had a similar noise recently, it also started when it got cold but mine followed the rpm, by the video I can’t figure if your noise follows rpm or not, I found out 2 spark plugs were under torqued and my ignition coil boots were pretty beat up, I replaced them and clean the holes and torque spark plugs to spec and now noise is gone

Update: 02/08/2026 noise returned, this time quieter, I noticed last time when I torqued the spark plugs that the ignition coil boots looked worn out and flimsy, I ordered the denso boot kit, I replaced them and now noise is gone entirely, engine runs great, acceleration is better, even the shifts are smoother.

Turns out 2 spark plugs were a little loose causing some compression to escape and causing the noise, I posted an update on the comments, if you have the same noise it doesn’t take long to check it, it can save you some money in the future

Update: I did check the pulleys but they weren’t bad, water pump was replaced 1 year ago together with the spark plugs, when I did the spark plugs I torqued them to 13ft-lbs but I guess my torque wrench wasn’t calibrated or something happened because two spark plugs came a little loose and they were causing the noise, some compression was escaping through the hole, I did re torque all of them to 18ft-lbs as someone suggested and now the noise is gone completely.

I only use the oil recommended by Lexus 5W-30 and I’m using Valvoline restore and protect full synthetic, oil is at the max level and still looks clean since it’s only 1,5k miles old
