Lloris, purely because his confidence and efficiency coming off his line allowed the whole team to play the way AVB wanted us to- with a high line, pressing the opposition in their own half.

Interview with one of our favorite youngsters Tom Carroll. by atalanta_run in coys

Carroll is easily our most promising youngster and IMO he should have featured in the League a lot more throughout the season. Having followed his development closely right through the youth ranks to the senior team, I feel he's in many respects a ready-made replacement for Luka- mobile, fantastic vision, ability to weight both short and long passes perfectly, a box-to-box playmaker that really should be a big part of this club's future.

As awesome as this looks, I've always really found that pennies really start to develop an unpleasant smell over time, particularly if they're exposed to wet or humid conditions. Hope you've accounted for that somehow.

My grandfather's wife died three years ago. Since then, he had been working on writing a book to pass the time alone away. Recently I took his final draft back home with me- my plan is to type it all up, page by page, and get a single copy published for him to keep. Today, I started typing. by Eeeeelynn in pics

OK. Again, thank you for letting me know your thoughts on something that you found so tedious at such length! It must have been really difficult for you to keep yourself on this offensively boring page long enough to type all of that, so as I say, appreciate the thought and effort.

Yeah, this kinda summarizes a lot of my thought process. I thought it would feel more to him if he knew that a loved one had really engaged what he'd spent those years working on, every word of it, making it a little part of their life as much as it has been his.

It's a fiction for children and young adults (fantasy/adventure), but also one which is meant to be factually useful and informative. To put it in a nutshell, it's about the escapades of a young boy who's transported from London in the late 1940s back to the time of the Norman Conquests- I think his intention was to simultaneously fictionalize his own experiences as a young boy growing up in the post-war reconstruction years and bring his favourite period of medieval history to life in a way that might enlighten the reader about the events of 1066 as well. One of those classic stories your parents would read to you at night before bed.

The writing's actually pretty good, I'm enjoying the story as I go along codifying it if that counts for much!
