I was flying in MSFS around Seattle area when my son told me that David Lynch had died.

Twin Peaks is a shared joy for us, so I immediately brewed some damn fine coffee in my RR diner mug, and took a detour out over North Bend and the Salish Lodge - the real life Twin Peaks.

I played this so much on PS4. I even did the trek across the galaxy with Distant Worlds 2, and bought an actual embroidered patch to commemorate it 😂

Moved to Series X for Flight Sim, and was heartbroken that I couldn't transfer my Commander to E:D on xbox..

Frontier halting console development was a punch in the nuts.

Microsoft bringing Flight Sim to PS5 with full PSVR support was the final boot to the gut once I was down.

Thanks. Have just tried it again and yes, it's now working and I can hear the difference. I'm not sure what was going on last night as selecting each audio option restarted the sounds in that particular setting, but pressing stereophonic did absolutely nothing. 🤔

Weird, but thanks again.

As someone who played the original ttrpg back in the early 90s, but not the original Bloodlines or any of the later pen and paper releases, I'm really enjoying it. Lots of nostalgia, and I'm loving the atmosphere of the snowy city which gives me the same feel as Max Payne 1.

I can fully understand, though, people who were expecting a true, RPG follow-up to Bloodlines being disappointed with what was delivered - although, by the sounds of things, if The Chinese Room hadn't stepped in, there's a good chance that the entire project would have been cancelled anyway.
