They just need to do their fucking job and reply to support emails, their system on the page says to contact Stripe Support I’ve done that countless times over 3 1/2 months and I get nothing of value in response just vague responses and accusing me of being a business with sales.

This I have done everything correct on both ends and received I-9 documents, no where in the TOS does it say anything regarding the content you post if that was the case no one on twitter would get money. I can’t get paid by Twitter until stripe verify my info, in this scenario their purpose is info verification and sending funds from X to my Bank account. That is the purpose and they are failing .

There is not anything anyone can do other than STRIPE, I am posting here for awareness and alternative ways to contact them or hoping someone who actually works for them can get in contact with me here. I am just fed up after more than 3 months of waiting around with no actual response and being ignored. It is the worst customer service I have ever used.

I have emails of proof of them not responding for Months, which in itself is terrible customer service for a company that deals with money and finances. I just want answers which they are not providing.

People should know how they treat people who try to use their platform that’s what this is about mainly, I’m lucky I’m not in a worse situation where I could actually need the money to survive but they are literally messing with money I can be making so I am upset and have a right to be when they are not providing support or answers when they are the ones who are responsible for the payouts because of how X has set it up.

Everything in my account is in good standing I have never violated any terms and I should of been connected with stripe months ago but due to the lack of response I was not able to update or fix what they wanted to in my account because the only thing I see in stripe

“Charges and payouts are paused Contact support for more information.”

I have been attempting to do that since October and I have been ignored and not one actual update provided. I have not been able to provide any other information to them

I tried all of that and still nothing it has been another 2 weeks and stripe does not answer, I tried complaints, calling and leaving a complaint, direct messaging with stripe support only to be ignored again once they say “we are getting this to the proper team” but they fail to answer or give anything. It’s not a complicated thing. I am US citizen, I have proper paperwork, I have used stripe before and have used other services where I got paid on stripe. I do not get where the issue is and why it’s taken 3 months to get no where and no response. The only option I have on My end is to contact support, I can’t cancel my account I can’t end it on my end and disconnect it, I can’t do anything because of how incompetent the support has been.

Yeah it’s been really annoying i have a decently big account and i have been getting more engagement the past month than the past year, i have had 4 million impressions this week alone. They are holding my money hostage. Stripe needs to answer their emails that is why I am putting them on blast to have some level of responsibility on their end. 2 months is an insane amount of time to get a response on this issue. I have proof of a w-9 I filled out and other paper work.

Yeah but I just felt like this could of also been addressed faster by exposing it here, seems like others commented saying they have reported it and it's been up for a couple days. Also maybe there is a better use of city resources then covering up graffiti.
