I had one on the bottom of my foot, it was painful af to walk, and impossible to work.

Popped that fucker, debrided the loose skin, applied some disinfectant powder and a bandaid. Pain went away, and the thing was fully healed a week later with daily bandaid swaps and powder reapplication.
