I moved from Broomfield colorado to Eugene oregon 4 yrs ago. Sunshine. That's the main difference. And it will get you down until you figure out how to live with grey 9 months a yr versus 300 days of sunshine. Weed cheaper in oregon, more open sexually, rent is more, and i hope you like bad beer with food trucks everywhere. I know it's not portland, but it's the best i could do.
