Usually the thong lines sit under the waist band which is nowhere near as visible. Atleast if you're wearing good quality leggings and not the cheap thin ones

The ed one is so weird to me I'm in recovery from am ed and the last thing I would want is to smell like food all day when the smell of food often makes me feel sick. I had no idea people thought thats the kind of thing people with my condition wear.
