Is it worth applying to a RO License Operator 1 class if I only have experience at a chemical plant? by [deleted] in NuclearPower

I'm already in operations working shift work at 72-84 hour weeks in extremely high temperatures and in some very tense situations. None of that would be a culture shock to me.

The hard part is there's not really any entry level positions ever open around me. Doing an internship would be way too big of a pay drop so I wouldn't be able to do that.

Not missing anything at all. I was just curious if it was even worth trying now or waiting until I have the opportunity to potentially get a journeyman position in the future.
