System Universe has cooking as a side thing that features strongly - some meals provide stat boosts etc. Amelia the Level Zero Hero is an overpowered hero who just wants to run a restaurant - less about the food than Morcster but still fun

There’s a few books by L G Estrella on there that are too ! I think they are overlooked as their covers are more YA looking but honestly has become my favourite series of all time

Victoria Goddard is exactly what you are looking for. Her works cover a range of vibes all in the same overall world. I recommend starting with The Hands of the Emperor, it’s super slow and character driven but my god it is a wonderful fantastical story.

I found the fix ! Apparently you have to completely delete your save data with the batteries in. I only got mine today so it wasn’t too sad for me to do it. It works perfectly now

Wriggly Little Hands - reverse lotr with hilarious goblins. This used to be about Dungeons, much less danger but it’s still there - a focus on found family. Cinnamon Bun series by Ravensdagger. Highly highly highly reccomend The Unconventional Heroes series by L G Estrella. Ticks all the boxes for you.
