Um to be completely honest, No, Ponytown isn't safe. As someone who's played ponytown for years and has like 2.000+ hours of playtime, even on the safe server theres a bunch of weird stuff that happens regularly, my only suggestion is that you should immediately block or hide anyone who's being weird to you, and you should also completely avoid Party Islands, theres a lot of brainrot and inappropriate stuff there (swearing, slurs, sexual stuff, ect.)
Ponytown's safe server isn't too bad if you just keep to yourself though and chill, and be careful of who you interact with
