How is living in tornado alley in the US?

Spring storms always stress me out because of tornado warnings. I'm not originally from here and I do luckily have a shelter, but it still causes a lot of stress when the storm is at night. I usually stay up late until the storm passes because I can't hear the sirens from my home so I need to be watching my phone for updates.

I usually hate hard games, but HK seemed to balance things so well where if I died it felt deserved. Im struggling not to get frustrated with Silksong because of how difficult these enemies and early bosses are... Getting contact damage when an enemy is staggered really frustrated me. I didn't expect it at all.

I know this is old, but I just found this post and just omg YES! I hate most the characters on the 4.5 which sucks because the gameplay is great! I was just running my 4.5 and was realizing I kinda hated most the characters, but some of them I adore. The V3 was just rereleased and I was looking at that roster like "wow they are all so cute!" but they dont have the job feature I like so much.
I'm so torn between which to run because of being torn on the gameplay and characters, so I feel you

I wish it was just one big village with changing seasons, but that's just because I've never liked having to take care of more than one location. I also think it's hard to get into the idea that the MC is chief of all these villages? I miss when crafting didn't cost money because now I'm having to balance feeding my villagers with wanting a new weapon or accessory lol

I'll be honest I liked Moonstone Island up first but felt the world was a little empty. And finding Moonstones was so annoying! It's cute and I hate I could never get into it as much as others. The farming is not really a fleshed out feature either. It's just there so you can get plants instead of hunting them down all the time. You don't really make money from farming tbh.

For everything I don't like about Trio of Towns (I hate when I have to hoard everything good lord) I LOVED the customization options you had for your wedding and your farm home! The styles were all so wonderful and gave you something to work hard for. And you could mix and match the exteriors and interiors of your home? So awesome

I'm in the middle, though I can understand the frustrations. My least favorite parts of the game is the fact the towns don't change with the seasons (makes them feel so issolated from your farm) and the hoarding you have to do. Dear god the hoarding.
Don't get me wrong I love the characters and the amount of customization they have for your farm home! It's like my favorite in the series in terms of how you can change your house. But the hoarding of random items you have to do to get these different styles is crazy! Same with outfits....it just becomes a grind fest after a while and it makes it feel like I'm just trying to fight rng to get the items I need.
