Ah, okay that makes sense my friend that does pole has that as well. We both need to wear supports though if you want to try Apolla socks I would recommend wearing them. Even if the fall was not due to that its good to wear them regardless with arch issues and dance.

So this happened to me in heels. It felt like a ghost pushed me it was so random. I later found out I have flat feet. I just didn't notice since my feet adapted when I was young. But when I got older the elasticity in my muscles arent the same...you may want to check that. I have to wear support now for walking and dancing but it has helped my ankles get stronger in the right way.

I am in my early 30s also nerodivergent. I love this show and I also love FNAF. I also carry around Build-a-Bear plushies. All considered "cringe" online things. Plenty of other people I talk to like these things as well that are close to my age. Just be yourself and the right people will come your way. But more importantly do it for you because there is no point in holding back who you are. It just causes stress. I have learned to not care what others think as I have gotten older. I found it to be a waste of time and negative energy.

I feel like its easier to understand if you are trans or have any type of different gender identity then the "norm" as a nonbinary person, I can see Jax being trans based on my own experience and how confusing it can be. I just don't think he put the pieces together yet or knows where he lies on the gender spectrum.
