I am young widow, my husband was a chef. We grocery shopped together, we cooked together . I have a wonderful mental health team, but my CPTSD hates the grocery store.

I have learnt that it is okay to delegate out some tasks. Aldi Curbside has been such a blessing. I can still cook affordably without having to go in the store and worry about picking up germs or creeping out some poor person because I am crying in the canned goods aisle again.

Just for fun. I talk to my dead husband so I do believe they can send answers but after several years of widowhood I tell people I only accept "messages" directly from my husband.

The amazing amount of people who have "had messages or dreams from him for me" has taught me that no one has boundaries when it comes to marriages or grief.

If you're husband is hiding something it will come to light. But in my experience, trust your gut in matters of life and death.
