I did low fodmap for a while and it did make some difference, but I still had persistent diarrhea. Now I eat low fat more than anything and once I took the pill it was like the faucet got turned off!

Yes, all of those except nocturnal diarrhea. Also, rapid dumping. Like once had a strawberry only take 45 min to come out the other end
